How do I create my custom photo magnets?
Simply upload your favourite photos directly on our website, select your quantity, and place your order. We’ll carefully create your custom magnets and ship them right to your door.
What size are the magnets?
Our standard custom photo magnets are professionally made in a 2″ × 2″ square size — perfect for refrigerators, lockers, offices, gifts, and keepsakes.
What photo quality works best?
For the best results, we recommend uploading clear, high-resolution photos. Bright, well-lit images typically produce the sharpest and most vibrant prints.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — we proudly offer reliable, tracked UPS shipping across Canada.
Can I order magnets in bulk?

What is your return policy?
Because all orders are personalized, we do not accept returns on custom products. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
