Custom & Personalized Items
Because all of our photo magnets and products are custom-made using the specific images you provide, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your photos, cropping, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales (whether digital or mailed) are final and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
While we do not offer standard returns, we want you to be happy with your keepsakes. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@heartcraftedmagnets.com if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items (Legal Compliance)
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. As stated above, all of our custom photo magnets fall under the non-returnable custom products category. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because custom orders enter production very quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or edits once processing begins. If you realize you made a mistake (e.g., uploaded the wrong photo), please contact us immediately at hello@heartcraftedmagnets.com, and we will do our best to assist you if production has not yet started.
