Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively anywhere within Ontario, Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to other Canadian provinces.

Processing Time (Made-to-Order Items)

All of our custom photo magnets are crafted specifically for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time

We ship exclusively via UPS. Estimated delivery times (after your order has been processed and shipped) are typically:

  • 3–7 business days (depending on your exact location within Ontario)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer a simple, predictable Flat Rate shipping fee for all orders within Ontario. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Address Accuracy & PO Boxes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because we ship via UPS, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address. If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely and the package is returned to us, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed off to UPS, shipping delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  • check around your delivery area,
  • contact your local UPS office with your tracking number, and
  • email us so we can assist.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately upon delivery at hello@heartcraftedmagnets.com with:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos of the damage (both the item and the packaging).

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
